A NEW CHAPTER

We are bringing a decade of learning to Berlin

For a decade, we have walked alongside women in India and Kenya on their journeys toward financial and emotional freedom. Now, we are bringing everything we have learned to a place that is, for many of us, deeply personal: Berlin.

Our Berlin programme is designed for and with migrant women, born from a reality many of us have lived ourselves. The loneliness of rebuilding a life in a city that does not always make room for you. The exhaustion of navigating systems never built with you in mind. The quiet, persistent search for belonging, voice, and a place of your own.

WHAT WE DO

We help migrant women grow, connect, and belong

Through workshops, training, and community gatherings, women develop practical tools for building independent, self-determined lives, while finding something just as vital: each other. Because belonging is not something handed to you from the outside. It is something we build together.

Our approach is holistic, decolonial, and rooted in co-creation, not integration.

We do not arrive with ready-made answers or ask women to change who they are in order to fit in. We listen, we walk alongside, and we let the women themselves lead the way.

WHY BERLIN, WHY NOW

We are building solidarity when it matters most

Across Europe, the ground is shifting. Far-right movements are gaining strength, and migrant women too often carry the heaviest weight of that hostility, made invisible, scapegoated, and pushed to the margins.

We believe this is exactly the moment to show up. Not with charity, but with solidarity. Not for migrant women, but with them.

HOW IT WORKS

We create practical pathways to independence and connection

Our pilot programme aims to engage 240 women through open workshops and support 80 women in longer, more intensive training. Together, we focus on skill development, social connection, and creating real, tangible alternatives for women navigating life as migrants in Germany.

The programme is modular and community-driven, built in partnership with local organisations, migrant leaders, and volunteers, so that it can grow with the community and respond to the realities on the ground.

Together, we made it possible

Our Berlin pilot is coming to life thanks to our incredible partner, Tomorrow, whose trust turned an idea we had carried for years into something real.
